Customer Jennifer has a one-month-old baby, Haris, who had eczema on his face, hand and foot. Because of the constant scratching, Haris's skin became split, bleed and infection. Haris’s skin then appeared dry, scaly, red and itchy.

Due to the above situations, Jennifer sought help from doctor for two times. The doctor had prescribed some steroid for baby. At the beginning, the skin condition seems to have a slightly improvement, however, eczema recurred after a short period of time. Haris's skin problem became even worse. It turned red and black.

Jennifer tried to use some normal moisturizers on her baby, but unexpectedly the situation became more serious than before. Therefore, Jennifer sought help from doctor again. Although the doctor has increased the dosage of steroid, the skin condition only had a slightly improvement at the beginning. Eczema recurred after a short period of time. Haris's skin problem became even worse.

Later on, Jennifer listened to the advice of elders, by using honeysuckle water to bath for Haris. Although the skin condition became better, the effect is not lasting. Jennifer also tried to use different brands of baby moisturizer but the effect was little. Even Jennifer constantly applied moisturizer on Haris’s skin; it seems that the skin condition was still very dry.

Thereafter, Jennifer was introduced by a group of mother to use CHARISMS organic baby balm. This product is mild, moist containing herbal extracts with no steroid, paraben and fragrances.
